The draft (Reg. No. 1591) suggests introducing a new version of article 9 of the current Law "On Committees of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The bill also stipulates that meetings of committees are public, except for cases when a committee holds a closed meeting.
The document contains a norm under which estimates of the Verkhovna Rada for the next year shall be approved by the Verkhovna Rada during adoption of the draft law on the State Budget of Ukraine for the next year in the second reading following the results of the committees having competence to consider issues on rules of procedure and budget.
